CAPE LIVING MARKETING

Gretha Bezuidenhout started her career as a landscape architect designing urban open spaces and private gardens. But her passion for lifestyle properties and the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces soon led her to pursue another degree in interior design while based in the United States.

Armed with this international education and experience, she went into full gear designing acclaimed interior spaces for boutique hotels and the hospitality industry on the Garden Route. At the same time she enjoyed sharing her ideas with clients by using 3D visualisations and digital marketing, which led to yet another passion, successfully marketing properties for Cape Living Properties’ clients.

At Cape Living Properties, Gretha also serves as our in-house interior designer. Whether it's advising on the optimal way to declutter and depersonalise a home for staging, arranging furniture for maximum impact, or adding that perfect decorative flair, she brings a wealth of expertise to every project.
